Assistance and information by phone are provided on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch break is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. We respond to inquiries submitted by email within 24 hours on working days.
Production terms
Gustaras manufactures orders that have been paid for and approved by the bank. Once the bank confirms the payment of the order, an email is sent stating, "Gustaras order No. XXXXXX has been accepted!" Orders received by 11 p.m. are started on the next business day and completed within 2-3 business days.
Delivery methods and prices
DELIVERY TERMS: LP EXPRESS within 5-30 business days.
The delivery cost and time depend on the selected country. You will find out the final price in the shopping cart when you add the desired product and enter the recipient's address.
